Pre-appeal settlement conference took place on December 18th, 2014. This conference is regarding the notice of appeal Mr. Parino filed on Judge Schick's election Order from last summer. Obviously, there is no settlement in the case of this nature as there is no middle ground.The issue is simply whether or not Judge Schick's decision to only allow those unit owners who are paid up to vote is correct or incorrect.
