Hearing Date - Update

The case has been submitted to Judge Oing for consideration and is to be placed on his oral argument calendar. The Judge will not schedule the oral argument until after he has thoroughly reviewed all the Briefs related to Summary Judgment Motions. Grandview's attorneys are in expectation to hear from the Court as to when the oral arguments will be scheduled.
