Reed Smith files Leave to Appeal

After Grandview lost an Appeal with New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division - First Department on October 20th, Reed Smith is seeking leave to argue before the Court of Appeals. A Motion for Leave to Appeal had been filed on December 1st, 2017.
