MAINTENANCE WILL BE SUSPENDED EFFECTIVE 1.1.2018

 

If paid through 1.1.2018, payments are no longer required. Unit Owners that are behind on their maintenance will incur maximum allowable by law APR. If no attempts had been made to make any payments and an individual Unit Owner is seriously delinquent, a $50 penalty will be added on all late payments. 

 

Maintenance fee is $90 per month. Make you check payable to Grandview Palace Condominiums, include your unit number and mail it to:
