The "I" in this agreement defines the user visiting this page (YOU). 

By entering this website, I acknowledge that I am NOT an Authorized Representative of the Grandview Palace Board of Managers, and do NOT have the authority to speak on behalf of the Grandview Palace Homeowners’ Association or its members. I understand that the information contained on this website is confidential and for the benefit of the Grandview Palace Homeowners’ Association, and its members in good standing.  I agree to not prejudice the other members of the Association by discussing or sharing this information with any third parties.  I agree not to disclose any information contained herein to any third party.  Any breach of this Confidentiality Agreement may result in the imposition of a claim for

money  damages and/or an action to enjoin the dissemination of the information contained herein.  In the event of a breach of this Confidentiality Agreement, you agree to be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred by Grandview Palace Homeowner’s Association to enforce the agreement, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney fees.
