Western Heritage and National Surety Cases

Per Judge Oing's decision and Order Western Heritage and National Surety Cases are now combined with the Property insurance cases from Illinois Union and Great American. While this is not good news, in that it will slow down the Property insurance case even more, at least all matters involving insurance lawsuits are now combined and in front of one judge in one court. Now there are four actions going on in one combined case and the global time for all discovery issues, pre-trial motions, etc. to be resolved and the whole case ready to submit for trial is February of 2016.
