Coverage Case Update

Please note, the oral argument originally scheduled for November 24, 2015 has been adjourned, in order to allow time for the insurance companies' atorneys to respond to Grandview's Motion for Summary Judgment.

It is likely that the Court will re-schedule the oral argument on both Motions for late January of 2016.
