Coverage Case Update

We have heard an update from the Court on the insurance case pending in New York County. Although originally Judge Oing was to schedule a date to hear oral arguments on the pending motions from the Insurance Companies' Attorneys and the Grandview Palace Attorneys, upon his review of the papers, Judge Oing has decided that he would not need to hear oral arguments in order to render a decision. Judge Oing's decision on these motions will be forthcoming.
